I’m a product manager who likes understanding why things work the way they do, and questioning whether they need to work that way at all.
My approach to product starts with curiosity. I look for the friction people have learned to live with, the assumptions hidden inside a process, and the moments where a small problem points to something bigger. I combine customer understanding, data, product strategy and hands-on building to turn ambiguous problems into clear product decisions with outcomes I can measure.
I’m most interested in AI, SaaS, customer experience and workflow automation, especially where technology can remove complexity instead of adding another layer of it.
